Short periods of time to think are important , BUT must snap back to reality quickly.

Even though you feel bound, unable to think, breath or act, you must keep your BRAIN

FULLY engaged.

Accept a hand from your spouse, partner, family, close friend.

Get up, lift your chin up get ready to carry on.

Clear your mind of the past news or experience, then activate your PLAN.

Make sure no matter your PLAN, that it is leading to a HAPPY place with a HAPPIER you.

Keep an arsenal of motivation within yourself. Keep your spirit fed. Fuel your passion, ignite your mind and activate your body. You are unstoppable.

Remember, someone just had a worse day than you. Not an easy thing to think, BUT, it could be the little LIGHT of motivation that you require to do the UNTHINKABLE.
